We’ve never really advertised.
But we have more bandwidth now than we’ve had in the past, so I’m considering it and would like feedback.
One of the things I see a lot are lists of cases results. Ours over the past couple of years a list of our biggest recoveries would look like this:
Car Collides with Pedestrian: $5.3M
Car Wreck: $5M
Car Collides with Motorcycle: $1.25M
Car Collides with Bicycle: $2M
Medical Malpractice: $1.5M
Fall at Commercial Building: $1M
We collected that money for clients. But I wonder, when I see the lists that other attorneys post, if they actually collected the money. (It doesn't really count if obtained a default judgment against some uninsured driver who’s been deported to Haiti for $10M and collected none of it.)
The other thing that seems kind of skewed about these lists is that most cases aren’t worth over $1M.
